    Terence Govender (The Cyclist)

    Principal Consultant

    Terence is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Change Dimensions. Albeit that Terence comes with a Technology back ground, his passion is Human behaviour, Leadership and Mentoring. Terence has assisted companies with various Change Management aspects and believes that successful projects come about when people are connected to the journey. He is self-motivated and committed. Terence has an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, a Post Grad in Advanced Strategy from UNISA and a Diploma in Business Management, His specialization is, Change /Risk management and Strategy execution.

    Dylan Garnett (The Golfer)

    Principal Consultant

    Dylan is a Partner and Principal Consultant with previous roles as CEO and COO of various JSE Listed companies. Dylan enjoys human development and understands the function of Organisational Development in relation to effective Change Management. Dylan’s area of specialization is Strategy formulation, Blue ocean thinking and assisting organizations defining Unique selling propositions (USP’s) Dylan has a BSc Psychology and a Bcom Hons Marketing.

    Sharon Sibanya (The Self-Discoverer)

    Change Consultant

    Sharon is a Clinical Psychologist with training and employment in Public Sector. During her employment she also become an organizational psychologist assisting with diagnosing and implementing programs to resolve organizational ineffectiveness. She has also performed psychometric assessments in most of her roles. She is a ball of energy at all hours of the day. Sharon has obtained her master’s Degree in psychology from Wits University and his completing her Phd focusing on PTSD.

    Lieke Rayneard (Gardening enthusiast)

    Change Consultant

    Lieke is a Project and Communication Consultant/Co-Ordinator. Lieke commenced her career as a Marketing and Communications Specialist in Business Development for large corporate. Her working experience ranges across both private and public sector, and within various industries both local and international. She has assisted organisations in the managing and co-ordination of projects, training on systems, communication creation and copy editing. Lieke is hands on, and enjoys interacting with clients, ensuring communications are clear, concise and effective in its application. She has an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management.

    Shalandi Jonker (The Philosopher)

    Change Consultant

    Shalandi Jonker is an energetic, dynamic and strategic Business transformational executive that believes in transformation that adds value to the bottom line. She believes that high performance organisations can only be achieved through sound strategies and practices that support business performance. She holds a B.Soc.Sc degree from the University of the Free State and has completed her M.Sc. in Global HR Management through the University of Roehampton. Her objective is always to enable and empower managers to become better authentic leaders and her life philosophy is a simple one – leaving a legacy and making a difference in the lives of people.
